Issues I Help With
My specialties include helping clients work through sexual problems including:
- Gaps in desire, performance anxiety, coming-out
- Menopause, painful sex, low libido, orgasmic difficulties
- Sexual boredom, porn problems, early/delayed ejaculation, erectile disorder
- Non-conventional sexuality, orientation, and gender expression
- Sexual trauma, post-childbirth, and post-illness sexual issues
- Out of control sexual behaviors/ sex addiction
I work with clients dealing with relationships concerns. Some of them are dating, lack of trust, infidelity, inability to communicate, setting boundaries, etc. I provide individual therapy for issues such as work-life balance, perfectionism, stress, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ specific concerns. Other areas that I can help are depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also enjoy assisting clients with adjusting to life transitions such as aging, ’empty nest,’ loss, retirement, marriage, and more.

My Approach
I provide counseling services in a safe, relaxing, and non-judgmental setting. I promote awareness, freedom, and choice. I build my practice on the belief that everyone is unique. Therefore, each of my services is individually tailored to meet your specific needs.
I believe that an authentic therapeutic relationship between the client and psychotherapist is vital to the process. My integrative therapeutic approach incorporates humanistic, interpersonal, existential, experiential therapy, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology although I use a variety of other evidence-based and culturally sensitive counseling interventions.
I will empower and support you in taking personal risk and learning to live a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilled life.
Licenses & Education
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I am also a Certified Psychosexual Therapist (C-PST™) through the International Association of Psychosexual Therapists.
I earned my Master of Science (MS) in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University.
