What are life transitions?
You remember the times you were effectively dealing with your previous life transitions, but for some reason, now it is hard to navigate your boat. Are you in your comfort zone for too long that you feel you don’t grow? Do you have a fear of the unknown? Are you in denial even when change is predictable? You lost your capacity to laugh, and you feel consumed by your thoughts and insecurities. Although a change is a positive experience, you are confused with the sadness you feel about what you left behind. Are you facing your finiteness and you are unable to cope?
Life is a dynamic play of ups and downs. Major life transitions occur throughout our lives, and they are inevitable and constant. People experience a wide range of positive and negative changes. Every change brings our attention to the present moment most easily. These changes can be overwhelming, depleting, challenging, scary or dramatic. On the other hand, some other life circumstances might bring growth, a new perspective, greater self-discovery, and a new equilibrium.
